Refund policy

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and receive a refund within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act No. 16/2016. The product must be unused and in its original condition. The buyer bears all costs associated with returning an item. An email should be sent to pompom@pompom.is before returning the product. If a product is defective, we ask the buyer to contact pompom@pompom.is so that the issue can be resolved together. A replacement product or a refund will be offered upon request.

All sales on discounted items are final. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
